Most of our
web sites are programmed using Microsoft's ASP.NET technology, as
it is
very robust and takes full advantage
of the .NET Framework and
XML-based Web Services.
Our Database Technicians most commonly
use SQL Server as this is by far the
number one choice for web site databases,
as it is scaleable and cost effective.
We also use Oracle, mySQL and MS Access
databases when appropriate.

Yes, we offer both on-site, telephone,
skype and email support.

How
long does the 'usual' support
period last?
|
Direct support for your
application lasts for a period of three months
once the final version is delivered.

version support. Contact

Are
there extended support packages offered?
|
Yes! We offer extended
support packages to meet your needs.

What
type of user training is offered?
|
We offer custom training
packages which include on-line help
and printed documentation as well as
on-site training. These
options
can be discussed at any time before,
during, and after the development process.

What
type of legacy systems support
is offered?
|
If you have an application
that was developed by someone else,

and we'll see if we can help. Work done
is usually charged on an hourly basis.

How
am I billed for services/support?
|
A deposit is required before
the development process begins.
We ask for
payment in 4 parts:
- 10% - deposit
- 25% - demonstration of prototype
- 25% - first
working version
-
40% - final working version
For projects of $500 or less, we request a
3-part payment:
- 30% - deposit
- 25% - demonstration of
prototype
- 45% - final release
This reduces risk for both parties. Payment is normally by check
or cash, and billing for support
is as required after the normal
support period.

Yes! Upon
referral of a new medicinasualcance Solutions
client, you will receive a non-transferable
credit toward future work we do for
you
valued
at 10% of the referred client's work.
We credit your account once this
client has paid in full.
