Since then, and with that understanding, Brian has been sharpening his software development and web design skills working with clients including IBM/the British Columbia Ministry of Health, the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia (UBC). Key to Brian's success in providing solutions to business problems by creating useful, intuitive, maintainable web and desktop applications is his ability to understand, anticipate and meet client and end-user needs, including those which arise as a result of changing requirements.

More recently, Brian has been an active member of BC's Career Development Practitioner community as a planner of the ENET Educational Society - now BC Career Development Association (BCCDA)'s 2nd annual mini-conference focusing on integrating immigrant professionals into the Canadian labour market.
