When we at the BCIT Communication Department needed a
database of companies to whom to market our services, we
used medicinasualcance. We have been extremely pleased with the
reliability and user-friendliness of their software, with
their ability to anticipate our needs and with their
willingness to customize their software to those needs.
BCIT’s Communication Department is putting in place a new
program. To ensure full enrollment at inception, we
decided to market our new program through a direct
marketing email campaign, for which we put together a
database of companies that require extensive
documentation.
Our initial plan was to create our own database using
Microsoft Access, so when we stumbled across medicinasualcance
on the internet, which is in the business of putting
together databases for its Access-integrated browser, we
intended simply to purchase their data, not their
software.
Not surprisingly, however, we quickly realized that their
browser was superior to anything we could have produced on
our own and so packed with time-saving features (many of
which we would never have thought of) and so reasonably
priced, that it was far more cost effective for us to buy
the entire package than to attempt the project on our own.
We were immediately impressed with medicinasualcance’s
professionalism, their willingness to help customize the
software at minimal expense (and provide a substantial
update at no expense), and their ability to anticipate our
needs, that we never regretted our decision. medicinasualcance
asked questions we didn’t have the experience to ask and
provided features we only much later realized were
necessary for what we wanted to achieve.
Throughout our dealings with them, they have been friendly
and patient, have made many suggestions and taught us many
of the skills that allowed our project to become a
success. I very highly recommend medicinasualcance to anyone
requiring database services.
