Brian Hauk
Brian has more than 10 years of experience enabling clients to focus
on their business by providing them with useful, highly usable software solutions to business
problems.
His interests and experience include:
Brian's first job was as a programmer/research assistant designing and
programming user interfaces at the University of Waterloo's Office
Automation Laboratory while he also worked for that school's Institute
for Space and Terrestrial Sciences. This initial software development
experience helped him understand that software development is an
exercise in managing complexity and requires well defined
software development best practices to enable developers and project
architects to successfully manage and complete real world projects.
Since then, and with that understanding, Brian has been sharpening his software development and
web design skills working with clients including IBM/the British
Columbia Ministry of Health, the British Columbia Institute of Technology
(BCIT), Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia (UBC). Key to Brian's success in
providing solutions to business problems by creating useful, intuitive, maintainable
web and desktop applications is his ability to understand, anticipate
and meet client and end-user needs, including those which arise as a
result of changing requirements.
More recently, Brian has been an active member of BC's
Career Development Practitioner community as a planner of the
ENET Educational Society - now BC Career Development Association (BCCDA)'s 2nd annual mini-conference focusing on
integrating immigrant professionals into the Canadian labour market. His drive to make it easier
for these and other job seekers to find work matching their experience, training, interests
and abilities also led him to create the

Terry Rogers
Terry's enterprise level IT skills come from more than 15 years of
systems analysis, programming, and network design expertise. Terry is our senior .NET software development
architect and network analyst.
